• Terms and Conditions - Win a once in a lifetime Chelsea experience
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoters reserve the right, at their discretion, to exclude entrants and/or the winners if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
• The competition is open to all EU residents excluding employees of the Promoters, their families, agencies and anyone to whom they are professionally connected. Any entrant aged 16 years and under must obtain parental/legal guardian consent to enter. Proof of age may be required.
• To enter the competition, anytime between 9:00 on Thursday 12 April 2012 and 23:59 on Tuesday 31 July 2012, entrants must: (i) purchase a new 2012/13 season adidas Chelsea home or away shirt (replica or TechFit) from any participating retail or online store (ii) fill out all necessary information and personal details on the official entry form (iii) answer the prize draw question and (iv) either place the fully completed entry form in an official entry box in a participating retail store or submit the same online as instructed via the competition website - http://www.chelseafc.com/weareallchelsea.
• One entry per qualifying transaction. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. Proof of purchase may be required.
• There will be sixty-six (66) prize winners selected during the competition period who will each win a prize from the prize list below (exact details of the prizes to be confirmed by the Promoters to the winners at a later date). The prizes will be subject to availability and the Promoters reserve the right to use its absolute discretion in deciding which prizes from the prize list below are provided to the winners.
• The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any part of any the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize described below cannot be provided to a winner.
• All winners will be selected at random by the Promoters from all correctly completed, answered and submitted entries via four separate prize draws which will take place on or around Monday 1 May 2012, Friday 1 June 2012, Sunday 1 July 2012 and Wednesday 1 August 2012. The Promoters will notify the winners by telephone or email within 24 hours of each respective draw. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of their prize or cannot make use of their prize for any reason, such winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoters shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the winners and/or their guest(s) (if applicable) over and above the prizes set out below (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation, travel insurance and food and drink).
• All winners of event based prizes must provide to the Promoters proof of age, and, if aged 16 years or under, such winner(s) must gain the consent of an authorised member of staff from their place of education to accept the prize and such consent must be provided to the Promoters in a form deemed acceptable by the Promoters. No winners aged 16 or under will be able to claim their prize unless such consent is forthcoming.
• The Promoters will liaise with the winners regarding delivery of the prizes. If applicable, the Promoters will pay for delivery of the relevant prizes to competition winners although the Promoters will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any postal service provider or courier.
• In the event that, due to the acts or omissions of a winner, the Promoters are unable to deliver any prize to a winner, that winner will forfeit the prize, no substitute or alternative will be available and an alternative winner may be selected.
• The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
• Details of the winners names will be available between Tuesday 1 May 2012 and Wednesday 15 August 2012 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Tim Day, adidas UK Ltd, Pepper Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 5SA.
• By entering, you agree that if you are chosen as a prize winner you will allow the Promoters to use your name, photograph, video, voice recording and general location for publicity, news and promotional purposes in any and all media during this and any future promotions or advertising.
• Chelsea FC mascots must be aged between 7 and 14 years of age. The winners of such prize must on acceptance confirm that he/she or his/her child is between these ages. The child must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
• The Promoters reserve the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time.

• If any of these Terms and Conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect
